I've read about arnica being good for many health related problems, and my grandmother used it to treat bruises. She called the plant mountain tobacco. I find it's a really good thing for my RA. I get my husband to rub the cream on my back, and neck, and it helps relieve the stiffness, and without a strong scent. I put this on before bedtime. I sleep much better, and wake without so much pain. I use it for insect bites to relieve the itch and inflammation.

Back To Normal is the best brand of arnica cream for me. I won't go without this product, and I keep a jar in reach at all times. My husband uses the cream on his sore muscles and insect bites. My results may be different from yours, but I find this product works great for both my husband, and myself. I'm trying to build up some muscle and lose fat. My husband just wants to build some muscle. I have been walking and doing some light jogging, and my body hurts from it. Since starting this supplement the pain as been much less, and I can add some extra exercises to my routine. It's been a little over 30 days, and I feel great. Made from the root of the konjac plant, the sponge is wonderful to use in my daily skin care regimen. I use this on my face and neck area to exfoliate, and help to remove dirt and oil. I had a couple of blackheads, and the sponge cleaned those away. The more often I use it, the more radiant my skin becomes.
