My thoughts about this supplement: 

My results may be different from yours, but I find this product works great for both my husband, and myself. I'm trying to build up some muscle and lose fat. My husband just wants to build some muscle. I have been walking and doing some light jogging, and my body hurts from it. Since starting this supplement the pain as been much less, and I can add some extra exercises to my routine. It's been a little over 30 days, and I feel great. My workout routine is getting better and stronger! I highly recommend this supplement! 

This is pure BCAA’s + Veggie Capsules, no fillers. Nothing extra added.
