Summit Nutrition's Pure Whey Protein is definitely one that I like! Using a protein shake as an occasional meal replacement may help me lose more weight and fat. I exercise and follow a low-calorie diet, and have been trying out these great tasting shakes made right in my kitchen. I add a single serve pack to a glass of organic milk, and it is so good. I received the 3 single serve packets of Natural Alpine Vanilla flavor, and they're convenient to take with me on the go. I just toss the packet in my bag, and I'm ready to be out the door.
