March is National Nutrition Month, and it's the perfect time for me to shape up. Yogurt is one of my favorite snacks, and my whole family loves it. I love Yoplait in all forms, and I enjoy having it for a snack. I can eat it for breakfast with some fresh fruit, or sprinkle some cereal on top for that added crunch.
