DynaPro Direct Exercise Resistance Bands Review

If you are looking for a low cost alternative to gyms that will help you get a good workout from your home or even on the go, the DynaPro resitance band will do the job. I have been using the band daily, and I'm definately getting good results. It is reasonably priced to meet my workout budget.

I can't do some exercises due to heath problems, but these do work to help shape and tone my arms and legs. I feel my shoulders are getting the exercise they need to help reduce the pain and stiffness from arthritis. The bands are made very well, sturdy and durable. I feel safe using the bands, and don't fear them snapping apart during use. The handles are comfortable, and work well with both men and women. The bands are portable, and that makes working out indoors or out more enjoyable. Great addition to any strength training.
