Majestic Pure Rosehip Oil ~ Review

Welcome to my review of Majestic Pure Rosehip Oil!

100% pure and natural goodness. Certified organic cold pressed highest quality rosehip seed oil. Rosehip oil is a wonderful product for skin and hair. It's been used by the Andean Indians of Chili for generations.

Good things about Majestic Pure Rosehip Oil.

Helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
The vitamin C antioxidants stimulate collagen production.
Helps improve skin tone, texture and pigmentation.
Absorbs quickly into the skin.
The essential fatty acids in rose hip seed oil can help reduce scarring and promote skin regeneration.
It's non-greasy and light feeling on the skin.
Dab a little rosehip oil on nails and cuticles. This helps to prevent hangnails and nail breakage.
Rosehip oil is a natural source of vitamin A

I find this rosehip oil helps to calm and moisturize my skin with a daily application. My foundation goes on smooth and looks so much better. I also use this product as a hot oil treatment for dry hair. I would say this product is a "must keep" in my beauty cabinet.

Francois et Mimi 50oz Glass French Press ~ Review

The Francois et Mimi 50oz Glass French Press makes coffee in it's purest form. It's rich, dark, and full flavored. Ah, the aroma of coffee first thing in the morning! Wouldn't you like to have this pretty French thing? French press or cafetière à piston, as the French call it.

French Presses are traditionally made from glass. We can witness the goodness of the press doing it's work. Using the press has never been easier. How do you press? This is what I do - boil water, pour over course grounds, wait 6 minutes, press. Hot, and delicious cup of coffee. Simple and easy. I can make coffee or tea using this press. Both the coffee and tea turn out delicious.

This is the perfect press to use anytime of day, but it's also a good thing to have when power goes out. I can find a way to heat water, and we don't have to go without our coffee. This coffee press is not to be used on a stovetop. The FME French Press holds 50 oz. and is dishwasher safe. I love how pretty this press is, and I leave it out on our kitchen counter all the time.

Why We Pray - Book Review and $10 Appreciation Certificate Giveaway

I received this book from Family Christian to facilitate this review. All opinions are 100% my own.

Why We Pray by William Philip and Alistair Begg

Prayer is a large part of my daily life, and I can't see going a day without it. Giving thanks is also a very important part of my mornings. Do you pray? If so, does saying prayers come easy for you, or do you stumble when saying them? I feel we all have our moments when we don't know what to say to God. I 'm guilty of stumbling in prayer, but I say what comes from my heart, even if my words are a scrambled mess. I'm pretty sure God will understand my words no mater what!

Why Do We Pray - Prayer is how we communicate with God. Prayer allows us to give thanks to God. We worship and praise him. It also allows us to ask forgiveness for our sins, and present our requests to God. Prayer also gives us the power over evil. Prayer is powerful, and bonds believers together. I also say a couple who prays together, stays together!

This a beautiful little book filled with Biblical insight, and it will be read over and over again. I highly recommend this book. This book encourages me, it explains what prayer is about, and why it is the way.

Why We Pray - Details
For some people, praying comes as naturally as breathing; to others it is a difficult, arduous task. Philip urges any who are hesitant to take the plunge---outlining four blessings all will receive. How do you talk to your human father? In what ways is speaking to God different? A savvy back-to-the-basics.
1. We Pray Because God Is a Speaking God
2. We Pray Because We Are Sons of God
3. We Pray Because God Is a Sovereign God
4. We Pray Because We Have the Spirit of God
